Frequently asked questions
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, and it takes about two clicks from your account settings. Cancelling does not cut you off right away: you keep full paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you change your mind before that date, you can resume with one click and you will not be charged anything extra for doing so.
What happens to my trips if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted, that is a promise. The Free plan includes one active trip, so if you have more than that you simply choose which trip stays open. The others are stored safely and locked, not erased. The moment you come back to a paid plan, every trip unlocks exactly as you left it.
How do the AI credits work?
Credits power the advanced travel assistant, the one you chat with to build and refine an itinerary. Each message you send uses one credit. On paid plans your credits refresh at the start of every billing month. On the Free plan you get a starter allowance, enough to see how it works before deciding whether to upgrade.
Who handles my payment and is VAT included?
Payments go through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. In practice that means Paddle is the company that sells you the subscription, keeps your card details safe and takes care of VAT or sales tax for your country. The checkout always shows the final localized price, taxes included where they apply, before you confirm anything.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Paddle under their buyer policy. If something went wrong with your purchase, say a duplicate charge or a plan you did not mean to buy, write to us and we will sort it out with Paddle together. We would much rather fix a problem than keep an unhappy traveler.
Which payment methods can I use?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted everywhere. Depending on your country, Paddle's checkout also offers local options such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Whatever appears in the checkout is what is available for your region, always priced in your local currency.
By upgrading you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and refunds.
